Tonight's dinner,

Chinese take out from the grocery store, had to get bread and milk, and going by this smelled good. Spicy General Tso's chixken, orange chicken, fried rice, egg roll, sweet and sour dipping sauce, and a fortune cookie.

nice...i hope your fortune cookie said you'll come across a fortune one day and share it with your similar world best friends 🤪
@beermeplease That's doable :)
@beermeplease It snapped in half pulling it out, does that mean I'm slow witted and uncreative? 🤔
@NativePortlander1970 play those numbers in the next lottery 🙂
@beermeplease That would be powerball tomorrow night 🤔
@beermeplease Cash value is almost exactly half, after local, county, state, and federal taxes, roughly 80%, actual winnings will be $22.44 million USD

@NativePortlander1970 that's till good money...our last big jackpot was 80 million. and 2 people won it. they will be handed checks of 40 mil each....but then taxed on the interest. our other lottery game is played twice a week and is always 5mil with another draw (white ball) worth a million and another one (yellow ball) that keeps growing if nobody wins itthe white and yellow ball are just random numbers assigned to your ticket
@beermeplease I would want it all, I think it's false advertising with a loophole in their favor.
@NativePortlander1970 sad thing around here is i could win 1 million and be able to buy a home cash...but nothing much after that will be left over.
@beermeplease There used to be a popular "reality show" on HGTV called "My Lottery Dream House", where lottery winners looked at dream houses that were close to their winnings, which means they'd probably lose them within five years because they wouldn't be able to afford the payments and property taxes.
