Do you keep track of which is which? Will the flavors of the cheeses sort of blend by being smoked together?

@Notsimilarreally Keep track of most of them. The cheese flavors dont blend at all. Just the smoke adds a hell of a lot to whatever your favorite is. Used Hickory with a little Alder and a dose of Rosemary wood. They will be ready to eat in a couple weeks.
