What are your feelings about Burrata Cheese?

@thinkingoutloud it just has a weird texture like chewing gum, it doesnt taste like anything, just like mozarella, but it can't be melted like mozarella can... so i completely fail to see the point 😬

@MartinTheFirst well it is similar to mozzarella and has cream inside a harder texture. It's meant to take on the taste of what you eat it with while adding a lovely dairy fat content.

@thinkingoutloud have you tried white cheese? that's probably my favourite thing to have together with food, like maybe bread or a salad
