How many sides of the cheese grater have you ever used?

I'm willing to bet most people only used one.

And this is the kind I'm referring to:
ninalanyon · 61-69, T
All four. One side is usually for slicing things like cucumber, another for scraping the zest from citrus fruits. The biggest holes for grating cheese, the sightly smaller ones for harder cheeses like parmesan. I also have an even smaller grater for nutmeg.

@ninalanyon spot on for using your grater to its full potential 👌
djjohnson · 41-45, M
two sides. I know at least one of the other two sides are for grating parmesan cheese but since I never buy that in a block there isn't much use for it.
Three. I don't think I've used the slicing side.

Actually All 4
Degbeme · 70-79, M
Never used one of those, but I have used both sides of one more like this:

I’ve used 3 different. One was just to experiment. The other was for Parmesan cheese.

Three. The finest grate is good for grating lemons & oranges for the zest that I cook with.

2 one for cheese and one for grating nutmeg onto porridge

Many times, including taking the skin off my fingers
Ugh...I had one. They take up so much room in your Thingumy drawer .

So then I bought one of these ..... absolutely STOOPID decision - it was a nightmare to clean 🙄...you can't get your hand up into the top.

Now I use those stick or ruler type ones - so much easier ....and less room in my drawer .
@OogieBoogie my hands and fingers can get into pretty narrow spaces though. 😋😏😇
@NerdyPotato ....really !?😏
...😂
@OogieBoogie yep! I can stick my hand and arm almost elbow deep through a loop formed by the thumb and middle finger of my other hand.

That one, the small one on the side and the weird zester one
I have never owned one of those.
