@jackrabbit10 depends on which one you buy. If you buy one of the Angus burgers (formerly the thickburgers, originally known as the Six Dollar Burgers), they look like they do in the commercials.

@jackrabbit10 It definitely depends on who's working there. Even within a franchise, there are good and bad restaurants.
