@Musicman oh Hell yeah!! That's a local favorite of mine, although they put the scrambled egg on top of the home fries(or biscuits or toast) then the gravy, sausage or dried beef....

@SilkandLace2 There is another place I go that does biscuits, eggs then the sausage gravy. I like it that was too. 😋😋😋

You can see the eggs peeking through under the gravy.
