Why would anyone in the working-class pay for restaurant/fastfood breakfast? (Other than on special occasions)

I just don't understand it, it seems like murican's love to go to places like starbucks or mcdonalds and get a breakfast sandwhich. Here in sweden we just make our own breakfast.

I never eat out. And with your encouragement and pushing, I make my own pizza dough... although it still doesn't come out like yours... but it still tastes pretty good.

@MarkPaul Pizza dough is super difficult to get right, it takes practice.
