No Aussie would drink a beer like that, they would not accept it from the barman
PatientlyWaiting25 · 46-50, F
@NeddyKelly no Brits either
Like2play · M
@NeddyKelly or Americans.

great title, must have attracted many more clicks then comments!
DMmeyourtits · 26-30, M
@samueltyler2 Creating disappointment is one of my many skills!
helenoftroy2000 · 22-25, F
You can never have enough
ChampagneOnIce · 51-55, F
I don’t drink beer, but that’s an interesting way to pour it. 😄
Pretzel · 70-79, M
Maybe for people that are trying to quit drinking?
Lilnonames · F
@Pretzel no me
Steffanie · 56-60
How the heck are you supposed to get smashed on that? To achieve the desired goal you’d be drinking all day and night 😂
DMmeyourtits · 26-30, M
@Steffanie I don't see a problem with that tbh
Steffanie · 56-60
@DMmeyourtits that’s ok, I’m just not into frothing beer, a nice head on the beer is lovely, sipping through a lively froth warms the hearth

@jshm2 I was just in Germany and never received a beer like that.
GoFish · 41-45, F
foamy beer?
DMmeyourtits · 26-30, M

That's crazy. My husband would have had a full on melt down about that. He actually had a card for measuring the depth of head on his beer lol and he'd get them to top it up if it was too much.
PatientlyWaiting25 · 46-50, F
@DMmeyourtits so you eat a beer there lol. It's very strange.
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
@PatientlyWaiting25 did he drink guinness?
PatientlyWaiting25 · 46-50, F
@samueltyler2 no, John Smith's and Doom Bar were his favorites.

In a world where business is trying anything to con its customers into thinking this kind of thing is ok.

NO
DMmeyourtits · 26-30, M
@Picklebobble2 Normally I would agree with you, but if you wait for this beer to settle (which takes a while) it actually contains a normal amount of beer because the microbubbles are so dense. One of the better beers I have had, hands down
Picklebobble2 · 61-69, M
@DMmeyourtits and who does that serve ?
Why bother.
At best this is gimickry.
DMmeyourtits · 26-30, M
@Picklebobble2 I will just say, that you haven't experienced good enough head to appreciate it
The only time that would happen is if there's an issue with the CO2, the keg hit empty, on a new keg (sometimes have to tap a couple), or the keg has a temp variation (such as not being in the cooler long enough).
DMmeyourtits · 26-30, M
@BrewCityBarFly Nah this is deliberate, it's called a milk pour, with very dense micro bubbles
@DMmeyourtits Ah, a nitro. I don't drink nitros. Probably the closest I would have gotten was AC Golden's Barmen Pils, which required a super slow 7-8 minute pour to produce a creamy 2-finger head. Too fast, would disturb the pour and have too much foam. I loved that beer, and only a few places (that I know of) sold it in the Denver area.
