Had an appointment with my heart doctor

News wasn't the best but it wasn't the worst. Time frame is still about the same 2-10 years.

Went for bbq afterwards and i had burnt ends and Mac and cheese.

Just going to have a chilled night after our support group.

So just to recap.............you had less than great news about your heart.......you have between 2 and 10 years to live.............so the first thing you do after that doc appointment is go eat a couple of helpings of the highest cholesterol foods on the planet? 🤔🥴
