I am so very glad that You all had a great day, I also prefer off the bone, it has been shown that cooking on the bone doesn't add an flavor, fat is where it's at.

@Cigarguy Personally I love roasted or pan fried boneless thighs the best, with crispy skin 😊🤤😋❤

@Cigarguy One of my favorites, I buy the whole thighs and debone them, then dredge in seasoned flour, keeping the skin on as best as I can, Sissy might like them too.
