Beef? Chicken? Pork? other?

Ketchup based? Mayo based? Vinegar based? Musturd Based? Other?

Low dry heat and smoke.

Vinegar and/or mustard based sauces are best except for brisket tomato based is best. Raisins and mayo have no place in quality BBQ ever though
