baking.. in the oven now...

@syd03 challah .. usually it’s braided but i rolled this flat and coated it was a type of pear pulp with butter and brown sugar filling like one would a cinnamon roll and then twisted it into a loaf .. usually challahs are braided but i’ve seen them in round form as well .. originally i wanted to cut it into strips and fill them all rolling them closed and then braiding them per normal but this was easier .. i brushed it with cream cheese icing thinned with milk.. (normally challahs are brushed with egg)

@Justafantasy black sesame ☺ i do have and use poppy seeds as well too just not this time.. it was the end of my spice bottle so there was kinda dust in there from the seeds
