avocado chocolate cake
i made for my sister's birthday .. avocado in the cake and avocado in the icing
i used a chocolate cake mix added the avocado to it i forget if i lessened the water or oil content when i did i may have just skipped the oil
then i added a coup or two of the avocado to one of those containers of dark chocolate icing and added extra brown sugar and dark coco powder
it was good.. everyone loved it .. it just so happened that a store in town was selling two pound bags of scooped avocado for only 2$ otherwise the amount of avocado in the recipe would be too pricy which is why i never made it again but my sister keeps telling me how much she liked it
