i shouldn't have been lazy and used biscuits for pie crust

@Boeing it’s frozen spinach with eggs and cheddar cheese and a spice mix and a scoop of french onion dip that had turned into ricotta cheese in the back of my frozen fridge and salt and pepper .. i used a flaky biscuit tin from the store for the crust but i wish I would have just made crusts.. i think it would have been better i added two more eggs but probably three total would have been enough but as it was the third egg overflowed the biscuits .. it tasted good tho 😅
