Cuor di...whatever cherries are called

Oh my...yeah, cherries are not sour cherries. 😆 They're good but lack any distinct aroma. Just like in any product with processed cherries. They would have to be slightly fermented but I wouldn't risk that. I found some semi-dried, slightly fermented tasting a lot like griotte in the previous batch I picked about a week ago but it was rather random luck, I wouldn't know how to achieve that on purpose. Those were the most delicious.

Isn’t griotte a type of marble or limestone ? 🤷‍♂
Anyway they look delicious 🤤 I’m sure I could put away 7 or 8 😀
