I swear it’s the last time I try to bake a whey protein healthy “ cake “

I heard a doctor talk about what whey protein does. He said there are 3 categories of cancers and whey feeds one of those and can make it grow like wildfire. It doesn’t actually start the cancer process but it feeds it. I haven’t use whey protein since I heard him speak about it.

If you're trying to find a more healthy alternative there are keto cake mixes which are lower in sugar and carbohydrates.
The Duncan Hines cake ones are not bad.
There is also a baking mix called carbquick, which despite the name is a low carb alternative to Bisquick.
