I've never baked muffins before. But lately with the surplus of plums we've had in the UK. I've made lots of plum and brandy cakes and jam. Are muffins like bread to make?

@meggie Yeah. Just that the dough is put in a muffin tin and either lined or sprayed with whatever fits your fancy, so they don't stick and break on you.
