@bijouxbroussard Oh , thank you very much, I really appreciate it !🤗 Getting the dough in the right stage was tricky, tbh.... and always needs an hour of rest to firm up but patience is important. I'm just happy its structure held up well, and the apples and cinnamon blended well ☺
