I'm in the final countdown for my raspberry-frangipan filled croissants with red lined belt..

Pastries are assembled and proofing. Three hours to go. Estimate completion at 10:30 PM central standard time. Will add pictures then. Wish me luck.

@SomeMichGuy hated them. Had to clean bushles of them as a kid. I'm kinda like that about green peas.
