I once (never again) made vol-au vents .. or is that vols-au-vent; or maybe vols-aux-vents? Anyway it was a real pain. But I enjoyed them, when filled; some with sauteed mushroom bits in a mushroom soup/sauce, and some with celery bits in a celery soup/sauce.
On simpler days I do a great whole wheat paratha 🙂
