First Peaches Kuchen attempt gluten-free/ sugar-free 🍰🍰🍰🍑🍑🍑

Kuchen is german cake. There are many varieties. The one I am trying to make uses custard and fruits.

This is not how I wanted it to look like. I made a couple of mistakes.

Next time I will use more custard centered in the middle instead of working in lines. And certainly wait for it to cool off before pouring it in

It tastes awesome even though I am not content with the appearance.
