Cookies Gone Wrong... Again

Can anyone pls tell me what did I do wrong here and what can I do to fix it?
The cookie was supposed to be soft and chewy but it became soft and crumbly instead. Has a wierd aftertaste and the inside looks like dark yellow.

Too much baking soda? Too much egg yolk?
Hmmm 🤔

I'm not a baking expert, but if I were one I'd probably need to know the recipe and bake time & temp to be able to diagnose anything.
@ElwoodBlues Here's what I used:

120g all purpose flour
90g Salted Butter and some other Butter (Different brands 😭)
100g white sugar
2 egg yolks
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
Some pink sugar sprinkles
(just sugar with food color)

Then baked it for 14 minutes at
180 °C
@Venterdotkom Again, I'm not a baking expert, but google tells me
Basic cookie dough follows a 3:2:1 ratio, 3 parts flour, 2 parts fat and 1 part sugar.

You can probably vary that a fair amount, but it sounds like your cookie need more flour, less sugar.

Makes me curious where your recipe originated.
@ElwoodBlues That actually makes sense... The original recipe is actually 140g flour and 100g butter. I only had 90g butter available so I used less flour, but maybe I should add a bit more to get that doughy texture. Thank you!
