My olive bread recipe 🍞

The dough needs to be wet, and I use olive oil to knead and handle it. I'm not sure if others have this type of spice, but you should use real sun-dried tomatoes if you have them, and add as many olives as you can afford. There is a bit of salt in this spice mix, so if you're using something else, consider sprinkling the tiniest amount of fine salt on the bread before cooking. This is obviously very rich in olive oil, so you can eat this if you want to gain weight, or just want to eat bread with more health benefits than the storebought. I eat this like pizza without adding anything, it's chewy and fluffy and doesn't crumble. 🌸

Ingredients:

🔸Fresh Yeast
🔸White Flour
🔸Fresh Olive Oil
🔸Olives
🔸Spice Mix
🔸Sugar
🔸Salt

Instructions:

1) Add yeast to bowl of lukewarm water and mix it in, then add flour, sugar and salt, and make sure it's a very wet dough. It's correct if you're able to knead it with oily hands.
2) Cut olives into rings.
3) Add olive oil to your hands and cutting board, and place the dough, add a few of the olives, and knead well. Don't stretch it.
4) Let rise.

5) Oil the oven tray and place the dough on it. Add the spice mix and the olive rings you didn't eat yet. Drizzle more olive oil and use your fingers to add dents throughout the dough.
6) Let it rise in the tray.

7) Cook it in a preheated oven on around 160 degree celsius for 20 minutes.
8) Let it rest for 10 to 20 minutes before you cut it. 😽

This is the spice mix I use:
