I made cinnamon rolls! I know they aren't perfect but I know what I did wrong!

@Musicman well theres issues, one my mother is allergic to regular wheat, so i have to use spelt which doesn't fluff up like wheat.
so its not as fluffy as it could be.
also i didn't know how big the rolls should be so it seems i should take the dough and roll it even thinner as they were less fluffy they were more doughy due to being thick!

@popmol Sadly we all have to watch our diet as we get older. 💔😢😢😢

@Musicman well for her it has been 20 years already but sure 🤣 also me her and my sis all are intolerant to milk her worse than us as we can drink it now but soy milk is infinitely better!
