Have you ever had tres leches cake?

It's a popular Latin American dessert, especially in Mexico. I usually make it during the holidays, kind of like my mom did when I was growing up.

The reason it's called "tres leches" is because it's soaked with 3 different types of milk (condensed, whole, evaporated).
