My cookie of the month

I tried to look up what the cookie of the month calendar is and people have named the weirdest stuff as the cookie of the month. So i will do it myself.

White chocolate chip macadamia nut cookies. for January

2 1/4 cup of reg flour
1/2 cup of white sugar
1 cup of brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup of shortening
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of vanilla
white chocolate chips...at least one cup...i tend to go overboard
one cup of ground macadamia nuts
preheat oven to 350 degrees
mix dry , mix wet, blend them together....do over mix. then blend in nuts and chips.
scoop out on greased pan
bake for 12 to 15 minutes
eat
