Anybody plan on baking quick breads for the holiday?

I had it planned to do banana nut and pumpkin quick breads so tonight I tried a new pumpkin bread recipe. Turns out it is extremely important to not get distracted and forget to add the pumpkin puree. 😞

@Ontheroad At first I told my wife and daughter that it was fine - "the bananas are sweet enough!" However, after eating a couple of pieces, I quietly threw the rest in the garbage. :P
