Having new goal

[c=359E00]So.. my first experience with baking is baking chocolate cakes.. like brownies, gateaux au chocolate, hedgehog slice and nama chocolate. Next in my chocolate series is sachertorte, foret noire and chocolate mousse, and that's all of them. Next project is cheesecake series, i already baked one but i don't feel full satisfaction because the is just normal, there's no 'wow' factor in it. My new goal is to bake a heavenly cheesecake, this time i won't stick to the recipe, i'll try to switch some ingredients and experimenting a bit. This will be fun[/c]
