Different brand of yeast

I have use two brand of yeast to make bread, fermipan and saf instant. So far.. i'm pretty satisfied with saf instant, it produce softer bread, and better aroma. I was thought that i won't have much differences but it looks like i was wrong, using different brand of yeast produce different finished result

I prefer SAF instant as well. I keep mine in the fridge or freezer (depends on where I have room). So far, so good -- it's been perfect even when stored for 9-12 months.
@greensparkle oh really? I keep mine in a room temperature rack, maybe i should keep mine on fridge too
