My experience with baking

I’m always trying to learn new things to bake for me and my Son https://similarworlds.com/Bleach14443 . I have cookies down fairly well and a few breads and brownies but I suppose I want to expand? Or try something new but I’m not sure what? Some challenging but nothing to crazy. If anyone has ideas I’d love to hear them!

I planted a cooking apple tree in my garden 3 years ago and now i have a good crop of apples. I am going to try and make an apple pie. Will be a 1st for me if i manage it

@nevergiveup If they were a bit tart and you had a huge crop of apples you could make applesauce and apple butter with them. Also apple cakes are really good especially in the fall with cinnamon in them.

@cherokeepatti I will try to use as much as i can. I have a big crop of apples and i plan to give some away. I dont like waste
