What to put in a bacon roll

Not too hungry so just having a bacon roll this evening with a bit of tomato and lettuce.
What else is good to put in it as i don't normally do them

@nedkelly OK. I had to google it since I had never heard that expression before. I don't know anyone here who eats them.
