First day in ten I have not drank myself to sleep

And I've successfully made it to the time of day I cannot access alcohol

I want a drink pretty badly haha 😑

But I really need to stop

@caccoon I can understand. That’s how I felt. That’s why I was in and out of rehab so many times. I drank to kill the pain of past hurts in life.

@SW-User Yes I find it helps me more than almost anything, but I know it's harming a lot of me too. Physically, and just I know I am not being as efficient in life, and I know it's wasting money etc.

So there are so many reasons to stop, and no good reasons to continue, except that fleeting high and feeling of greatness when you drink.

But yeah, it's not a fair transaction and I need to stop
