A draft version of a W.H.O. document recommends that all countries forbid women between the ages of 18 and 50 from drinking alcohol because ... [I Rarely Drink Alcohol]

because they are of childbearing years!!!! Handmaid's Tale, anyone? Who's a Nazi? Who's in charge of Sharia Law?

The W.H.O. has already instructed socialized NHS in the U.K. to recommend that women who have given birth MUST breastfeed for at least 6 months, and apparently women who are unable physically to breastfeed, or who choose not to breastfeed, are now treated almost like criminals by NHS doctors.

Their recommendations are almost mindlessly enforced in many countries around the world, and I wonder if it is time to reign them in, after the debacle in China.

It doesn't say that all - it's advising women of childbearing age not to drink alcohol.

Advice is not calling for a ban.

@InterstellarButterfly "The UN agency’s draft global alcohol action plan for 2022-2030 urges countries to pay “appropriate attention to prevention” of consumption in certain groups, including teens and women of childbearing age, the UK’s Telegraph reported."
