They say it's to expensive to eat healthy

Because of a very wet almost five month winter last year, folk in the UK are paying twice as much for fruit and veg this year as they normally do.
So it's not easy !

As a vegan I observe the opposite. To eat healthy is much cheaper than processed food and meat products.

knowing the right diet and things you need to eat can be confusing if you have no clue where to start
Adventist are big on diet and how you can defeat just about every health issue with diet ,and I know some who are killer cooks (they do still cook )
but you may try looking up some of their recipes and what it takes to prepare them ,
you might find it was cheaper then then a value meal to eat healthy
good luck either way
when you are unhealthy ,you will pay anything to get it back

Well... the more expensive it is the less you eat.... overeating is a problem so.... boom!

People who will smoke heavily and drink too will say that and I laugh when they do.
