the tastier one plus i remembered i got Potatoes and corn oil

I really like oven baked fries brushed with olive oil and a little seasoned salt.

@NigelDoes: i used to do it that way until i tried deep frying frozen fries Rippled good name brand too , crunchy yet soft in the middle , a lot better then just oven baked
