What's your favorite kind of cheese?

i have only ever known cottage cheese and mozzarella :)

Turkish yogurt cheese is yum, I also like good old Cheddar....

Halloumi hands down

I don't have one. It all depends on the food I eat. If I eat salads that we make here, then there are tons of white cheese brands to choose from.

provolone and for things like to put into eggs extra sharp white cheddar

Manchego, is hig on my list right now
and all the blues..

Smoked Gouda is at the top of my list right now.

I don't like cheese
if I had to have some=plain old gouda

Extra sharp cheddar at the moment but it changes often
