@Generalissimo: when I was growing up it was run by this teeny little scary Mexican woman. Only open in the summertime and she ran a tight ship. I thought she was awesome. LOL she had another in des moines where she lived during the winter. Mexican food is very popular in my little corner of Iowa, but she has the best. She retired but the people who bought it use her recipes so nothing has changed.
