I'm wanting to try the ceramic one.

@MrBrownstone: I have ceramic ones. They're not as non-stick as Teflon but the surface is indestructible and you can use metal utensils with them.

@crossproduct: Ever had problems with food sticking? Like pancakes?

SW-User
@MrBrownstone: sometimes, it's not as good as Teflon and I end up using more oil.

@crossproduct: Thanks! I was really wanting to try ceramic. Guess I'll go with teflon.

Yeah, the ceramic pan's good for stir fry and scrambled eggs and anything else that requires a lot of heat and constant mixing, and it's still way better than an uncoated pan. But I have a Teflon pan too.
