Who has used one of those seen on tv non stick pans.

The coper ones. The brown looking ones. Like Gotham. How have those worked for you?

Copper cookwear is very expensive I dont see much copper being used in that pan for 20 bucks or whatever it costs

@MrBrownstone: sometimes, it's not as good as Teflon and I end up using more oil.

Yeah, the ceramic pan's good for stir fry and scrambled eggs and anything else that requires a lot of heat and constant mixing, and it's still way better than an uncoated pan. But I have a Teflon pan too.
