Have you ever eaten cheese curds?

It's standard fare where I'm from that I forget people don't know what it is sometimes

There's been a big story here last few days - The Original State Fair Cheese Curds stand is closing after 43 years I think it's been. But you can get em every other restaurant here these days. Anyone with a fryer - but some places are def better than others :)
