There's a local burger chain out here called "Culver's" that has fried cheese curds as one of their side items. I'm a french fries kinda guy so I've never had them but I hear that they're good.

@Reboot: yeah we have Culvers here too. I cannot comment on how their curds taste tho, but they're deep-fried so I don't think that can get screwed up

There's been a big story here last few days - The Original State Fair Cheese Curds stand is closing after 43 years I think it's been. But you can get em every other restaurant here these days. Anyone with a fryer - but some places are def better than others :)
