Mix 4 cups of espresso with a cup of sugar, half a cup of Marsala wine and two tablespoons of vanilla. In a separate bowl mix 32 ounces of mascarpone cheese with a cup of powdered sugar and a tablespoon of vanilla. Take lady finger cookies and dip each one in the espresso mix and form a bottom layer in a cake pan. Coat with a generous layer of the marscapone mix. Repeat for a second layer. Top with a drizzling of chocolate sauce and put it in the fridge for an hour.
