I couldn't make up my mind about it before. At first I thought it was lovely (in panini with cranberry sauce), then there was this weird taste I didn't like. Blue cheese is still the worst though

I have never had it but have been curious, they feature it during holidays at stores here. Now I won't buy it because it's too expensive to buy & throw out. Some of the French cheeses smell like dirty socks or farts in my opinion.

it has to be baked with almonds on it then shmeared on crusty garlic bread...otherwise...it's not really food
