You're having a steak dinner. How do you like your steak cooked and what are your favorite side dishes?

I like my steaks medium rare with a loaded twice baked potato (cheese, sour cream, chives and bacon bits)and grilled asparagus.

Medium, with fried potato, mushrooms, steamed broccoli, maybe bearnaise sauce (depends on who's making the sauce, lots of places can't make a decent bearnaise)
