You're having a steak dinner. How do you like your steak cooked and what are your favorite side dishes?

Medium rare is the only acceptable answer and preferable with a side of medium rare steak.

Medium, with fried potato, mushrooms, steamed broccoli, maybe bearnaise sauce (depends on who's making the sauce, lots of places can't make a decent bearnaise)

Medium and with chips or daughinoise potatos. Some kind of steak sauce.

medium.. i like garlic mashed potatoes and maybe steamed broccoli

rare.

baked potato. mashed potato.
onions... avocado.
with the whatnots of chives, sour cream.... so on.

On the rare side of medium. Large, loaded baked potato. Maybe grilled corn on the cob.

Take away the green stuff and add grilled mushrooms & a salad

I like my steak medium rare, with a side of more steak.:)

Sounds just fine to me, but I would probably stick with just a baked potato and add all of the toppings you chose. If asparagus was not available, then I would choose broccoli.

Me:Cut the head off and wipe its arse. With a side of chips and peppercorn sauce.

Medium rare. LIke they do at peter lugger. I like your sides as well. Maybe a cesar salad. And a desert later.
