I made possibly the best soup I've ever made in my life tonight

I wanted it to be sort of like a chicken pot pie soup, and I wanted it to be easy.

I threw the following into an instant pot with butter and olive oil:

A whole large chicken breast
Minced garlic
Chopped onion
Peas
Chopped carrots
Corn kernels
A packet of Lipton onion soup mix
A packet of ranch seasoning
Chicken broth
Water

Pressure cooked it for 45 mins, then shredded the chicken breast and added uncooked egg noodles. Once the noodles were soft (about 5 mins), I added a roux I had made (to thicken), plus some heavy cream and sour cream.

I am not kidding, it is freaking delicious. 🥰

@MrBlueGuy yw. I never measure, so I didn't post measurements.
@DearAmbellina2113 that's ok the measurements can be figured out on the go...I'd think like..one large onion..3 large carrots...2 tablespoons minced garlic..maybe xD

Cajunish red beans and rice, minus the rice for now. Too lazy to fix it. All day in the crockpot. It turned out pretty decent. It'll be even better tomorrow.
