The other day after a double my manager said to report back to her because she needed help setting up their new dining room.

I was tired but nodded and said “ok” and then I was asked to to tell my coworker buddy the deal after we get done as well.

Once we finish with our dining room, we have to help with their dining room.


I did as I was told and let my coworker know. And afterwards I said “yeah I’m not going over there, fuck that”

And she said “oh, me neither”

We never get extra help in AL, but IL is well catered to.


As soon as me and my little work friend finished up, and let me add it took longer since they added unnecessary new tasks on our plate, we clocked out and left.

I was parked outside and waited for my hour to be up before clocking out.

Then I finally clocked out! I guess my manager received that notification because 2 mins later she’s calling me and I’m screaming and laughing at my phone. Ignoring her is always funny.


I didn’t even get to take a break all day, you’re stupid if you think I was going to help.


That’s the night I had me 2 Margaritas and a triple dipper all to myself at Chili’s.

The highlight of my entire day 😌
