I used to routinely eat a large pizza w toppings in 1 sitting , let alone in 1 day. Now I can only do that w thin crust pizzas.

I have one time when I was homeless I went into little Caesar's for a slice of pizza and they gave me a whole pizza for free because someone never picked it up.

Yes. Ones about six inches in diameter!

(Basic ones: cheeses on bread only, add your own toppings.. Made and sold by a local bakery.)
