YES!!! It has a crispy derp fried coating, and then the usual Parmesan preparation. It's a LOT of work, and you have to fry each piece separately and drain the pieces on paper towels.

I haven't had it. I do like egg plants. I slice them thin put butter on the slices and bake them on a huge baking sheet. They're one of the best things I ever came up with.

even better the second day cold on a nice Italian roll. have to buy the right eggplant so it's not bitter and sprinkle salt on it and let it rest until droplets of water rise to the top of the eggplant then rinse and prepare
