What do you like the most on a breakfast sandwich?

I'd have a cold gruel sandwich If'n I could afford bread.

I found 2 independents locally that make excellent sausage based breakfast sandwiches.

Last one i had at a chain was so greasy that the contents slipped around when biting it.
